Job description

An opportunity has arisen to join the Community mental health - Older adult service, supporting patients with a range of mental health conditions including dementia, psychosis, mood disorders, anxiety, and emotional regulation difficulties.

The Multi-disciplinary team is made up of Psychiatrists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Social workers, Social care and Carers workers, Assistant Psychologists and Support workers.

The role of the Clinical support assistant would be to support the delivery of a variety of evidence based interventions, including assisting with medication monitoring, triage, Occupational therapy interventions, 1-1 and Group based psychoeducation.
