UHCW NHS Trust is looking for a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to lead our Care of the Elderly therapy team which includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants.
You will be working alongside a Clinical Specialist Team Leader - Physiotherapist to manage service provision across the Care of the Elderly wards.
The role includes operational management of the team, such as rota management, supervision and appraisal and overseeing service improvement projects, as well as working clinically to provide specialist Occupational Therapy.
To support you into role, you will have a 4 week induction process which will include getting to know all relevant stakeholders, processes and expectations.
