Job summary

Kisimul Group is recruiting a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our Therapeutic Services team at Swinderby, Lincolnshire. You will provide person-centred SLT support across our school and children's homes, helping young people develop communication and independence skills.

You will work closely with the therapeutic team to assess needs, plan interventions and monitor progress, making a real difference in learning and quality of life for the young people we support.

Qualifications

• Registered SLT with HCPC
• Experience in paediatric settings preferred
• Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy assessments, interventions and outcomes for children and young people.
• Collaborate with educational and care teams to implement individualised support plans.
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions to maximise communication, learning and independence.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to work within our School and Children's Homes on our Swinderby site in Lincoln. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join the organisation and be a part of our longstanding and experienced therapeutic team within Kisimul's Children's Services. As a Speech and Language Therapist you will make a key contribution to providing effective person-centred support. Our inclusive way of working ensures that the children and young people we support have a voice so that they can be actively involved in their education and care.
