Job summary

A leading surgical orthopaedic manufacturer is looking for a Clinical Specialist to support sales representatives and provide surgical excellence across the M4 Corridor (Slough, Swindon, Bristol, Reading, Basingstoke). Candidates should have relevant healthcare experience such as Scrub Nurse or Physiotherapist, and a valid UK driving licence. This role involves technical support, training delivery, and excellent customer service to accounts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in surgical orthopaedics preferred, possibly observing procedures.
  • Ability to deliver training and support product launches.

Our client is a leading surgical orthopaedic manufacturer, looking to grow the team by recruiting for a Clinical Specialist role covering the M4 Corridor (Swindon, Bristol, Reading, Basingstoke, Slough), who will support the sales representative by providing surgical excellence to the customer, acting as the product specialist.

Key responsibilities
  • Excellent product knowledge, being the product specialist.
  • Supporting the sales representative on the territory by providing technical support in surgical procedures, and organising and delivering training.
  • Supporting in product launches.
  • Supporting all marketing activity.
  • Providing excellent customer service to accounts.
  • Identifying sales opportunities to pass on to the sales team.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Scrub Nurse, ODP or Physiotherapist.
  • Surgical orthopaedics experience preferred, maybe observing procedures as a physiotherapist.
  • Full valid driving licence.
  • Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
