Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Simulated Learning & Clinical Skills Technician to support delivery of clinical skills training, simulations, assessments, and teaching sessions within a healthcare education setting. You will prepare teaching spaces, maintain equipment, and provide hands-on technical support to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students and staff.

Formación

• GCSEs (or equivalent) and further education qualification such as A Levels, vocational qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a healthcare, education, training, or technical support environment.
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible approach and willingness to undertake training.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and set up clinical skills rooms, simulation suites, and teaching areas.
• Maintain and monitor clinical training equipment, manikins, simulation technology, and audio-visual systems.
• Provide technical support during teaching sessions, simulations, and assessments.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and arrange repairs or additional support where required.
• Manage stock levels of consumables and assist with equipment audits and deliveries.
• Respond to queries from students and staff regarding simulation and clinical skills facilities.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinical skills and simulation environment.
• Work collaboratively with academic, technical, estates, and IT teams.
• Contribute to maintaining safe, professional, and realistic clinical learning environments.
