A UK-based healthcare trust is seeking a dedicated Band 6 Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse for a full-time position in Coventry. The role demands experience in airway management and excellent communication skills to inspire and lead nursing initiatives. You will oversee patient care assessments, manage clinical teams, and adhere to healthcare policies. An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced Nurse to apply for a full time post as a Band 6 Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse on Gold Accredited, Ward 10 Head & Neck, on a fixed term basis.
The ideal candidate would have complex airway management skills including Tracheostomy and Laryngectomy, however this is not a requirement and the right candidate can gain these once in post. The candidate should be able to demonstrate high standards of patient care, have excellent communication skills and be able to engage other staff in improvement initiatives to inspire the ward in their accreditation journey.
