Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle in London is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead our clinical team and ensure exceptional, person-centred care for residents. You will oversee day-to-day operations, governance, budgets, and staffing to maintain high standards of resident safety and wellbeing.

The role requires strong leadership, governance expertise, and a compassionate style, with the opportunity to act as Deputy General Manager when needed.

Your Role at Signature

You’ll lead our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
• Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation.
• Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development.
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care.
• Acting as Deputy General Manager when required.
