Clinical Services Coordinator – 6 month maternity contract

16-21 hours per week, fully remote, flexible arrangement of core hours across 4-5 days each week. Salary £32,000 pro rata (full time equivalent).

Evolve Counselling is a charity that provides a wide range of remote and in‑person mental health therapies. We support private individuals and organisational clients through video calls and face‑to‑face sessions. Our team includes over 45 BACP registered counsellors.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all clinical queries.
  • Coordinate the efficient use of the CRM system supporting clinical service.
  • Take overall responsibility for incoming referrals, allocations, and ongoing client management, maintaining waiting lists to agreed parameters.
  • Monitor the balance between counsellor capacity and client demand.
  • Provide practical support and signposting to counselling team members, enabling their work.
Qualifications

• Excellent record‑keeping, communication skills, and familiarity with confidential client record‑management systems
