A leading healthcare provider is seeking a motivated Clinical Research Practitioner/Research Nurse to join their clinical research unit in Camden Town. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Research Practitioner/Research Nurse to join an established clinical research unit, based at Hammersmith Hospital. The post holder will be working in non-malignant haematology research on a range of interventional and non-interventional studies.
The successful applicant will play an integral role in the delivery of high quality research within the non-malignant haematology. You will be required to work collaboratively with the clinical and wider multi-disciplinary team in the management of your own caseload. You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of clinical trials whereby they can make a valued contribution in assessing and managing the care pathways for patients participating in research.
The post requires excellent communication skills, a sound understanding of complex scientific protocols, and the ability to work autonomously. A mature attitude, leadership skills and the ability to use initiative, and prior NHS experience are essential attributes for this role.
The post holder will ensure that any research undertaken safeguards the well-being of research participants and is conducted to ICH Good Clinical Practice.
