The Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Research Nurse to join our Research Delivery Team. Based mainly in the Surgical research group, you will support planning, set-up and delivery of a broad portfolio of clinical research while ensuring patient care meets the highest standards.

This fixed-term role, 12 months, offers full-time hours with a pro rata salary of £33,677 to £40,996 per annum depending on experience.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse who can practise in the UK.
• Experience in clinical trials and research delivery is desirable.
• Able to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Plan, set-up and deliver a broad portfolio of research with high standards.
• Provide patient-focused care and ensure data collection/reporting to protocol.
• Collaborate across the Research Delivery Team and cross-team as required.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and promote reflective practice.
