A leading healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking a Clinical Research Fellow to join the rheumatology research team. The role involves clinical oversight with a focus on patient safety, assisting with data management, and participating in clinical studies alongside King's College London. Applicants must have an MBBS or equivalent degree along with relevant GMC registration. This is a full-time, fixed term position with a competitive salary of £73,992 a year plus London allowance.
The Clinical Research Fellow will be part of the rheumatology research team, working alongside King's College London colleagues in the Centre for Rheumatic Disease Clinical Trials Group. The team facilitates the delivery of a range of commercial, non‑commercial, and academic studies undertaken by clinicians within the Rheumatology Department. The focus of the clinical research is on rheumatic disease and includes the evaluation of current treatments, practices, and the efficacy of new treatments.

The post holder will be responsible for clinical oversight with a particular focus on clinical care and patient safety, supported by the lead investigators and more senior clinical research fellow colleagues. They will assist with data management and will undertake analyses of data collected and reporting of results. They should have a basic understanding of statistical methods to support accurate interpretation and reporting.
