• Phlebotomy certification where required.
• Intramuscular dose preparation training where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage clinical trials per protocol, GCP, and SOPs.
• Coordinate trial startup, monitoring, subject recruitment, and visits.
• Ensure timely data entry and resolve data queries.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Communicate with sponsors, CROs, vendors, and team members.
• Prepare regulatory documents for sponsors and IRBs.
• Support staff training and delegation.
