Job summary

CCS-Global is seeking Clinical Research Associates (CRA I & II) to join our UK FSP team on exclusive client projects. You will conduct on-site monitoring, ensure ICH-GCP compliance, and support sites across the UK in a fast-growing therapeutic portfolio.

The role offers clear progression tracks into Senior CRA and Lead CRA, with comprehensive training and flexible travel. A Life Sciences degree and UK driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of independent on-site monitoring experience within the UK (CRA I).
• 12–18+ months of independent on-site monitoring experience within the UK (CRA II).
• Degree in Life Sciences or related field (Nursing/Pharmacy backgrounds encouraged).
• Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and a solutions-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of site visits (SQV, SIV, RMV, COV) in accordance with ICH-GCP.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with investigative sites across the UK.
• Manage complex clinical data and ensure patient safety and data integrity.
• Collaborate with a global project team to meet enrollment timelines and quality milestones.

The Opportunity

As part of the UK FSP team, you will be at the forefront of innovative trials in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, and Rare Disease.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and a "solutions-first" mindset.
• Mobility: A valid UK driving license and the flexibility to travel to sites nationwide.
