Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the R&D Lead Nurse and the nursing team in NHS Fife. You will provide an efficient administrative service across a busy and diverse team, delivering coordination and support.

You will be the initial point of contact for all enquiries, supporting the R&D Lead Nurse and the R&D nursing team to enable delivery across a broad programme of research.

Qualifications

• Excellent organising, communication and IT skills.
• Knowledge of research and/or NHS advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Experience in administrative role within a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective administrative service across a busy and diverse team delivering efficient support and coordination.
• Be the initial key point of contact / liaison for all enquiries to the Department and support the R&D Lead Nurse and nursing team.
