Cytel Inc. is seeking an experienced R/AI Developer embedded with a pharmaceutical client to drive automation and advanced data analysis for clinical studies.

You will collaborate with statisticians, data scientists and AI leads to deliver practical workflow improvements and reusable tools. You will build proof-of-concept tools using R/Shiny, validate results, and document processes to maintain regulatory alignment.

Formación

• Strong R programmer with experience in clinical data contexts.
• Experience building automation tools, R packages, R Shiny apps and dashboards.
• Familiarity with CDISC concepts and clinical trial data.
• Understanding regulated delivery: validation, audit trails, traceability, documentation, testing.
• Experience using LLMs for coding, summarization, extraction, documentation or workflow automation.

This is an exciting time to be a part of this new program., Our R Automation and AI Solutions Developers provide analysis and automation support and influence for the associated client's trials. This role involves working closely with statisticians, programmers, data scientists, and AI/Automation leads to identify practical workflow improvement opportunities, provide proof-of-concept tools, and mature successful prototypes into documented, reusable, and maintainable solutions. As an R Automation and AI Solutions Developer your responsibilities will include:
