Neko Health AB is seeking a data‑driven scientist to lead the design and evaluation of a clinical quality system. You will use statistics and econometrics to isolate device, operator and site effects and drive improvements in patient outcomes.

The role requires deep experience with observational health data, fixed effects and natural experiments, plus the ability to translate insights into production checks with engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in a quantitative field with strong research output.
• Experience cleaning and structuring messy health data.
• Ability to explain results to clinicians and engineers.

Aufgaben

• Own statistical and econometric methods across measurements and sites.
• Lead detection and resolution of quality problems with cross‑functional teams.
• Work with observational health data, including repeat visits and follow‑ups.
• Apply fixed effects, panel methods, and natural experiments appropriately.
• Validate estimates against real outcomes and communicate confidence levels.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy checks into live production systems.
• Present findings clearly to leadership and clinicians.
