Coventry University Group invites HCPC registered Clinical Psychologists to apply for a Lecturer (Teaching) - Clinical/Academic Tutor role. This joint Doctorate in Clinical Psychology is delivered with Coventry University and the University of Warwick, with leadership supported by Course Directors.

The role focuses on reflective practice, teaching excellence, and supervision of trainees, with opportunities for research activity and curriculum development across partner sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject or Honours Degree with appropriate professional qualification.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to acquire one if not held.
• PhD or active membership of a relevant professional body is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical placement activity and planning with placement supervisors.
• Deliver engaging teaching and tutorials and assist with academic timetable organisation.
• Coordinate guest lectures contributing to teaching delivery.
• Lead module development, assessment, marking, and curriculum coherence.
• Participate in module marking teams and provide trainee supervision.
