Location: Liverpool

Working Hours: Part-time - 18 hours per week

Salary: 28136 per annum (actual salary)

Are you a Clinical Psychologist seeking a part-time opportunity in a specialist neurorehabilitation setting? We are recruiting for a rewarding role based in Liverpool, a well-established service supporting adults with acquired brain injuries. This position offers the chance to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based neuropsychological care. The service operates in partnership with NHS trusts and local authorities offering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments
  • Formulate and implement tailored intervention plans
  • Support service users in achieving SMART goals through rehabilitation
  • Provide therapeutic input using a range of psychological models and modalities
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary formulations and risk management plans
  • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and communication
  • Supervise junior staff and contribute to service development and research

Qualifications and Experience

Essential
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Ability to assess analyse and manage complex clinical information
  • Strong communication skills across written, verbal and virtual formats
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary teams
Desirable
  • Experience producing clinical reports in neurorehabilitation settings
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation related to acquired brain injury
  • Resilience and confidence working with service users who may present with challenging behaviours
