Job Summary

At Evolve Psychology Services, we empower our clinicians with the tools and support they need to focus on delivering exceptional care to children, young people, and their families. You will join a passionate, multidisciplinary team specialising in high‑quality, evidence‑based autism and ADHD assessments, through both NHS‑funded and private pathways. This role will be within our Norwich Team and is a hybrid position, offering part‑time and full‑time options with a minimum of three days a week commitment. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will contribute to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments, helping to ensure timely and accurate diagnoses that lead to appropriate support and improved outcomes for families.

Main duties of the job

Key responsibilities include: conducting face‑to‑face structured observations; completing remote developmental history interviews via Zoom; collaborating in peer MDT diagnostic discussions (with senior clinician support where needed); delivering clear, compassionate feedback to families; and producing accurate, timely clinical reports with the aid of our smart tools. Additional duties may include providing supervision, consulting to colleagues, quality checking reports, and contributing to service development projects.

As this is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the clinic for in‑person assessments.
