Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in clinical operations with live interventional trials.
• Experience selecting and managing CROs or clinical vendors, including RFPs and bid defence.
• Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and escalate issues when needed.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to contribute beyond immediate responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead selection, onboarding and management of CROs and vendors, including RFPs and contract input.
• Own assigned clinical trials from set-up to close-out, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality.
• Oversee study plans, regulatory submissions, essential docs and milestones.
• Manage CRO performance and site delivery with investigators and partners.
• Coordinate study activities across clinical operations: site readiness, data cleaning, close-out deliverables.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and invoices; escalate risks and issues promptly.
• Contribute to development of SOPs, processes and vendor governance.
