Clinical Product Manager

Full-time (40hr per week) • UK, Remote • £65k - £70k dependent on experience

Why Hertility?

Hertility Health is transforming women’s health, putting fertility, hormones and gynaecological care at the forefront of conversation and care. We’re a CQC-approved provider offering at-home hormone health, fertility and gynaecological testing, and end-to-end clinical support.

Our mission is powerful yet simple: to give women the tools they need to manage their health from menstruation through menopause, with expert support every step of the way.

Why You’ll Love This Role

As a Clinical Product Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the clinical and operational excellence and regulatory compliance of our products. You will be joining the Product team to innovate at the intersection of technology and reproductive health. In this role, you’ll be key in empowering every woman with clinically validated, accessible, and actionable care. You’ll champion the integration of clinical best practices into our digital and physical product offerings. If you’re passionate about making a difference in women’s health with a focus on clinical integrity, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

The Clinical Product Manager will focus on the product lifecycle with a strong emphasis on clinical requirements, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

  • Managing the Clinical & Operating Product Lifecycle: You will manage the entire product lifecycle for features that involve clinical pathways, diagnostic results, and treatment recommendations, ensuring both digital and physical products deliver value to our customers whilst contributing to the success of our company.
  • Owning Clinical Validation: Own the end‑to‑end delivery of clinically sensitive products, ensuring development is prioritised in line with agreed product goals and, crucially, clinical safety and regulatory metrics.
  • Cross‑functional Clinical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clinical teams (Gynaecologists, Nurses, etc.), Product Design, Engineering, Data, Operations and Research to translate medical evidence, clinical guidelines, operational and logistical requirements and user needs into compelling, safe, and effective product experiences.
  • Operationalise Onward Care: Collaborate with clinical operations to develop and scale telemedicine services, follow‑up programmes, and prescription journeys that are clinically robust, frictionless and commercially viable.
  • Building the Clinical & Operating Roadmap: Build and own product roadmaps for clinical features that align with the company's vision, based on input from internal clinical stakeholders, regulatory requirements, medical research, and your own industry insight.
  • Championing User Experience: Champion user‑centric design principles, ensuring our products provide intuitive, clear, and clinically accurate patient communication and experiences.
  • Testing and Iteration: Conduct user testing (A/B testing, customer interviews, surveying, etc.) to gather feedback on clinical clarity and comprehension, iterating to drive continuous user experience improvement.
  • Drive Retention through Care Journeys: Design and optimise clinical pathways that convert diagnostic insight into actionable care, increasing engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
  • Measure Success: Define KPIs that link clinical outcomes, patient engagement, and retention – working with data teams to translate insights into product improvements. Ensure clinical products drive both patient trust and sustainable business metrics.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience in a product role that directly intersects with healthcare, regulatory compliance, or clinical operations (e.g., medical devices, health tech, diagnostics).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clinical teams alongside cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • The ability to strike a balance between clinical best practice, user focus, and business judgement to drive sustainable, safe growth.
  • Comfortable using modern tools for managing product development (Monday.com, Notion, Figma, GA4, etc.).
  • The ability to use and interpret complex clinical and operational data/metrics to inform decisions and success.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
