What you will do:

• Provide high‑quality clinical care and expert medicines advice within the hospital setting.
• Be part of the medicines management optimisation framework: review prescriptions, monitor for allergies and contraindications, and ensure the safe and cost‑effective use of medicines.
• Work across multiple departments such as wards, outpatient clinics, theatres, and pre‑assessment, and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Participate in ward rounds, medicines reconciliations, and discharge counselling.
• Lead or support policy implementation, including controlled drugs audits and medication safety alerts.
• Contribute to the training and education of other pharmacy staff or clinicians as needed.

Candidates must be registered with the HCPC and demonstrate excellent clinical pharmacy skills within a hospital environment.
