Location: Greater London

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist with Independent Prescribing qualification to join our team. You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients, ensuring high standards of care and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Practice autonomously with support from the medical team
  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients requiring clinical services
  • Initiate and interpret diagnostic investigations and consult relevant specialists when needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients and carers, demonstrating excellent verbal and non-verbal skills
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with current guidelines
  • Prescribe medications within legal and professional boundaries
  • Promote health and wellbeing, including health promotion and prevention advice
  • Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed for vulnerable groups
  • Manage medicines safely, adhering to policy and legislation
Requirements
  • Qualified Pharmacist with Independent Prescriber certification
