Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years working as a pharmacist.
• Recent experience in a comparable role in General Practice.
• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role.
• Clinically assess and manage patients using expertise in medicines.
• Provide leadership on medicines optimisation and quality improvement.
