Job summary

University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Band 6 rotational pharmacists for the Royal Lancaster Infirmary site in Lancaster. Roles available as full-time and part-time with rotation through inpatient specialties and aseptic/clinical areas.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Pharmacy and GPhC registration.
• Mandatory CPD requirements fulfilled.
• Willingness to study towards Clinical Pharmacy diploma.

Responsibilities

• Review medicines reconciliations and optimise patient medications.
• Verify discharge prescriptions and support ward rounds as part of the pharmacist team.
• Be the responsible pharmacist in the dispensary and participate in weekend rota.
