Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Main area Clinical Pharmacist Band 6-7. The post supports ward rounds, self-medication, and education within a multi-site community setting in Cornwall. Part-time, flexible, compressed hours with a rotational weekend pattern.

Qualifications

• Current professional registration – GPhC.
• MSC in Pharmacy or equivalent (BSc, BPharm).
• Postgraduate Clinical Diploma (Mental health or clinical).
• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist, advanced clinical and professional pharmaceutical services to patients in CATUs, SDEC units and community medicine areas.
• Assist lead pharmacists to promote optimised, safe and cost-effective medicines use.
• Participate in medicines governance, safety, information and training activities for the team.
• Support delivery of a seven-day service rotation and cross-site collaboration.
