Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, seeks pharmacists to join our team delivering clinical services in primary care. You will use clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support practices, identify review opportunities and strengthen NHS relationships.

We are looking for a GPhC-registered pharmacist with at least 2 years PQE, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel and work remotely when needed.

Qualificações

• Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2yrs PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel as required, along with remote (home) working.

Responsabilidades

• Aiding practices with clinical tools and resources to manage patients with long-term conditions.
• Ensuring clinical services are delivered within protocols, service operating instructions and systems.
• Identifying opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN or ICB level.
• Enhancing awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and developing relationships with practices and NHS organisations.
