Main Duties (Responsibilities)
Clinical Leadership
- Deliver and expand NHS and private clinical services
- Lead specialised clinics aligned with your expertise and interests
- Maintain clinical governance and adherence to all regulations
- Build professional relationships with patients and healthcare professionals
Pharmacy Management
- Ensure smooth, efficient operations and high‑quality patient service
- Implement and oversee Standard Operating Procedures
- Fulfil Responsible Pharmacist duties with clinical checking focus
- Manage stock control across prescription, OTC, and retail items
Team Development
- Organise, support, and assess staff training programmes
- Delegate effectively to ACTs and support staff
- Foster a learning culture within the team
- Mentor staff in their professional growth
Business Growth
- Drive the business forward through service innovationincrease revenue through clinical service expansion
- Identify opportunities to enhance patient care and business performance
You may be required to undertake additional duties within your capabilities to meet business needs and GPhC requirements.
Ideal Candidate
Essential Qualities
- GPhC registration or currently qualifying/awaiting results
- Patient‑focused mindset with excellent customer service
- High degree of responsibility and professional accountability
- Fast learner committed to continuous improvement
- Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office, PMR systems, EPOS, online wholesalers, tablets
- Passion for community pharmacy and clinical service delivery

Ideal Availability
- Full‑time: Shifts within Monday‑Friday 08:00‑20:00, Saturday 09:00‑16:00, flexibility required
- Part‑time candidates considered if aligned with business needs
