We are recruiting a band 6/7 clinical pharmacist to join our friendly and supportive pharmacy team. Both band 6 and band 7 applicants are welcomed. This post is a full time, permanent contract and based at Prospect Park Hospital although we also have inpatient sites in Newbury, Wokingham, Maidenhead and Slough. The postholder will be part of rotation plans which will include covering mental and community health wards, dispensary, medicines information and medicines safety.
Prospect Park Hospital is based in Tilehurst, a leafy suburb of Reading, 30 mins by train from London Paddington and Waterloo stations. We offer free onsite parking, top staff accommodation less than a 5-minute walk from your base.
You will be expected to deliver a consistently high-quality clinical pharmacy service across community and mental health inpatient wards
Work alongside the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT)
Be an integral part of the pharmacy team providing clinical pharmacy support to designated ward(s) and participate in the pharmacy departmental rota’s
