Tower Hamlets GP Care Group is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our primary care team on the Isle of Dogs. This 30-hour role focuses on delivering high-quality medicines management and patient services within practice settings in Tower Hamlets.
You will support cost-effective prescribing, lead medicines optimisation, and work with clinicians to implement changes across designated practices, with CPPE pathway engagement encouraged.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Clinical Pharmacist, to be part of a team working in primary care across the Isle of Dogs in Tower Hamlets.

As a Clinical Pharmacist you will be responsible for working with and assisting practice teams in providing and supporting high quality clinical care for acute and chronic problems. Implementing effective medicine management; identifying areas for improvement and initiating and managing change.
This is a 30-hour, permanent position for someone with a Pharmacy degree and minimum 5 years post -qualification experience. The successful candidate must be willing to enrol on the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway or submit evidence of exemption though past training and experience.
Tower Hamlets GP Care Group (The Care Group) was incorporated as a community interest company limited by shares in September 2014. Every general practice in Tower Hamlets owns one share of £1. The Care Group was formed to manage borough level contracts on behalf of the practices, deliver primary care led services and support general practices, and to be the provider voice of primary care in the wider health and social care system.
