About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Team Lead, on a fixed-term contract basis, to drive excellence in our clinical team as we enter a phase of hyper-growth. Sitting in the Clinical Engagement & Onboarding team, this role executes onboarding, performance management and retention strategies in the clinical team.
This role manages and supports a cohort of clinicians to deliver high standards of care and operational efficiency, working closely with Medical Ops (HeliosX\'s team of GPs) and the Operations & Performance teams. If you\'re passionate about leadership in healthcare, committed to high standards, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.
