You will line manage Matrons and senior staff, provide operational leadership across quality, safety, flow, workforce, finance and performance, and act as a nursing role model with clinical responsibility.
This role focuses on improving patient outcomes, discharge planning, Length of Stay optimization, and adherence to NICE guidance.
