Job description

We are currently recruiting to increase staffing in our Community Specialist Palliative Care team as we extend our service delivery to 7 days per week 8am to 8pm, The aim of this post is to provide the opportunity for the post holder to develop knowledge and skills in all aspects of Community Specialist Palliative care nursing whilst working with the Hospice Community Specialist Palliative Care Team. In order to progress to a Band 7 Community Clinical Nurse Specialist position the post holder will need to achieve competencies based on a framework of the following 4 distinct domains:

• Communication
• Leadership and Management
• Quality
• Clinical Practice
