An opportunity has arisen to join the Paediatric Oncology Outreach Nurse Specialist Team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.
You will provide support and care for children and young people and their families by delivering high quality and specialist practical and emotional support for children and young people under the care of the Sheffield Principal Treatment Centre for Haematology and Oncology (PCT).
The Paediatric Oncology Outreach Nurse Specialist Team is responsible for the care of children and young people with malignant conditions in hospital and in the community providing patient-centred care in the South Yorkshire North East Lincolnshire area.
