At Curie, we are excited to invite a highly driven and enthusiastic individual to join our new service at the North Middlesex University Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for actively identifying patients in the Emergency Department who are likely in their last year of life, providing specialist palliative care and facilitating their prompt discharge to appropriate care providers, aligned with patients' preferred place of care.
You will also manage nursing services for individuals with terminal illnesses, supporting their loved ones, and collaborating with health professionals. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will offer expert advice and support, managing a caseload of patients with complex needs while ensuring the highest standards of care.
