A reputable NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Urology Cancer Nurse to lead on delivering patient-centered care to men living with and beyond cancer. The role involves monitoring patient journeys and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Ideal candidates will have a related degree, NMC registration, and experience at Band 6 or above in urology cancer nursing. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join a supportive forward‑thinking urology cancer nursing team at Ashford & St. Peter's Hospitals.
The post holder will lead on the delivery of high quality, patient‑centred care for men living with and beyond cancer. The post focuses on providing expert clinical, psychological and educational support to patients on the prostate cancer PSFU surveillance pathway, ensuring safe, efficient and holistic management throughout their cancer journey.
The post holder will work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider MDT, supporting patients who have completed active treatment and are transitioning to a self‑management pathway.
