A healthcare provider in Wales is looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their Community Palliative Care Team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality palliative care and requires significant experience in community settings. Candidates should be enthusiastic team players with strong clinical skills and the ability to communicate in both Welsh and English. A Bachelor's degree and active NMC registration are required. Salary ranges from £39,263 to £47,280 annually.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated nurse to join our Palliative Care Team. Previous experience of working in community teams/settings is desirable.
An experienced community clinical practitioner with theoretical and practical knowledge in palliative care. The purpose of this role is to provide specialist nursing care, advice, guidance and leadership.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
