Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a role in the Children in Care team. The post involves delivering holistic health assessments for looked after children across Nottinghamshire, following national and local guidelines.

You will plan, deliver and evaluate health assessments, develop health plans to improve long-term outcomes, and work with Children’s Services, CAMHS and primary care to ensure high-quality services.

Formación

• Demonstrate knowledge of child health priorities and safeguarding.
