Here at Avonvale, Stratford upon Avon we have an excellent opportunity to welcome a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join and Lead our friendly and supportive team!
As Clinical Nurse Manager, part of the role is to ensure that the nursing team across the business is managed as effectively as possible to support the growth of the practice.
You will work closely with the Senior Vet and Nurses to identify areas of development needs within the nursing team to maintain a happy, efficient working environment, whilst ensuring practice policies and group policies are always adhered to.
We pride ourselves in our full nurse utilisation, incorporating consults as well as schedule 3 etc. into your working day, providing our nurses with great job satisfaction. Our nursing team includes people with interests in a wide variety of areas including anaesthesia, ECC and behaviour, therefore, opening the opportunity for you to grow your skills and expertise alongside our experienced team. We are also supported by our wonderful Patient Care Assistants who work alongside our nurses to achieve the highest standards of care for our patients.
