Job summary

Komplex Care Limited is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead complex home care packages, supervise staff and drive high clinical standards. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, families and external partners, while developing person-centred care plans and ensuring safeguarding and governance compliance.

The role requires an NMC PIN, strong leadership, and experience in complex care; travel to client homes is required and training is provided for

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal, practical, social and emotional care to clients with complex needs in their own homes.
• Design, deliver and review tailored care plans for each individual.
• Provide ongoing clinical assessments and support for physical and psychological needs.
• Lead and supervise care staff, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and compliance.
• Coordinate with MDT, families and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive care.
• Deliver specialist clinical training to staff and carers within care packages.
• Attend and contribute to clinical governance and management meetings at Head Office.

• Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you'll lead and manage complex care packages in clients' homes, providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and respects individual dignity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering personal, practical, social and emotional care to clients with complex needs in their own homes
• Designing, delivering and reviewing tailored care plans for each individual
• Providing ongoing clinical assessments and support for clients' physical and psychological needs
• Leading and supervising care staff, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and compliance
• Coordinating and communicating effectively with the MDT, families, and external stakeholders
• Delivering specialist clinical training to staff and carers within care packages
• Attending and contributing to clinical governance and management meetings at Head Office
• Registered Nurse (NMC) with up-to-date PIN
• Experience in complex care, particularly with tracheostomy and ventilator care (training provided)
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and clinical teaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, and care planning
• IT literacy (Microsoft Office & care database systems)
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

• Mentoring qualification
• Experience in community nursing or working with MDTs
• Familiarity with clinical governance frameworks and audit processes
