Job summary

East Kent Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Neuropsychologist to join the Stroke team at Kent and Canterbury Hospital, with work across hyperacute and early rehabilitation wards. You will help develop the Neuropsychology service within a high-quality, person-centred care framework.

You will lead clinicians, ensure adherence to national targets, and promote continuous service improvement while contributing to workforce development and equality initiatives.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Experience in neuropsychology within stroke services.
• Commitment to person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality neuropsychology input for hyperacute and early rehabilitation stroke wards.
• Deliver and maintain clinical psychology services with continuous service improvement.
• Lead and develop others, ensure data quality and information management.
• Drive equality and diversity values in daily practice.
• Contribute to achieving national targets and standards.
• Support service development across the Stroke Service.
