Job description
Clinical Neuro Psychologist - Hampshire

Band 7-equivalent Clinical Psychologist in Neuropsychology role offers an excellent opportunity to work within the expanding Neuropsychology Department. The role is 40 hours per week and will be split over the three Southern services (Basingstoke, Farnborough and Southampton).

The service provides intensive neurorehabilitation for people with complex needs. The post involves delivering neuropsychological assessments, cognitive rehabilitation, behavioural interventions, and evidence-based psychological therapies. You will work closely with an established multidisciplinary team, contributing to diagnosis, rehabilitation planning, patient reviews, and discharge processes while supporting families and carers in understanding brain injury and recovery.

Key duties include designing behaviour support programmes, providing therapy to individuals and groups, maintaining high-quality clinical documentation, producing reports, and ensuring compliance with BPS and HCPC standards.

The role also includes participation in service development, MDT education, and ongoing professional development, with supervision and training provided.
