Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor or equivalent (applications welcomed from 1 year PQE to senior level).
  • Experience managing your own clinical negligence files with strong outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and confident deadline management.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a clinical negligence caseload independently, appropriate to experience.
  • Handling all aspects of litigation including drafting, negotiations and trial preparation.
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts and third parties professionally.
