Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 PQE experience in clinical negligence litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge of clinical negligence claims.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters.
• Handling complex and high-value litigation.
• Advising clients on liability, causation, quantum and litigation strategy.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and other legal documentation.
• Liaising with medical experts, counsel and other professionals.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contributing to the continued development and success of the wider team.
