Role Overview

Established, claimant-focused law firm renowned for its personal injury and clinical negligence expertise is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing team. Working within a supportive, flexible environment, you’ll manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from instruction through to settlement, taking ownership of litigation strategy and client relationships.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
  • 3–6 years’ PQE in claimant clinical or medical negligence litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload of litigated files independently.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including experience with LoC, witness statements, and Part 35 questions.
  • Confident handling expert evidence and cost control (Precedent H, Part 36).
  • Excellent client communication and empathy skills.
  • Commercial awareness and sound judgment when balancing risk and value.
  • Team player with a collaborative, proactive approach.
