Job summary

A law firm in Warrington, Cheshire, is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding Civil Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Solicitor to take ownership of their own claimant caseload while also supporting on complex, high-value matters.

You’ll handle a broad range of clinical negligence files, working within a supportive team with strong exposure to multi-track work.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE in claimant clinical negligence.
• Strong experience in claimant clinical negligence and litigated matters.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own claimant clinical negligence caseload.
• Advise on liability, causation and quantum.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and court documents.
• Instruct counsel and medical experts.
• Negotiate settlements and attend mediations.
• Support senior colleagues on complex and high-value claims.
