A leading Thames Valley law firm are seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Reading office.

Role

You will join the firm’s Tier 1 Legal 500 Clinical Negligence team advising claimant clients on a wide variety of cases. The team are notably experienced in high value, legal complex maximum severity cases.

You will advise on areas including child brain injury, spinal cord injuries, amputation negligence, fatal medical negligence, brain injury claims, birth injury claims, cerebral palsy related claims and misdiagnosis/delayed diagnosis.

You will be responsible for your own caseload under supervision but will also assist senior members of the team on higher value, more complex matters.

The successful candidate will also assist with marketing and business development initiatives.

Candidate

Please apply if you have between 2-5 years PQE. You must have experience in clinical negligence from a well regarded firm acting for the claimant.
