Job Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor (5 years’ PQE, Grade A)

Location: Manchester / Liverpool or Leeds

Salary: Competitive, dependent on PQE and experience

Working Pattern: Hybrid

A leading national law firm with a strong reputation across the UK is seeking a confident and capable Clinical Negligence Solicitor (minimum 5 years’ PQE, Grade A) to join its highly regarded Clinical Negligence team in either Manchester or Liverpool.

This role offers excellent flexibility and hybrid working options, ensuring a genuine focus on work–life balance.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will take ownership of their own portfolio of litigated and often complex clinical negligence claims, including cases involving obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, and psychiatric care.

Alongside your own caseload, you will work closely with a highly experienced Partner on high-value matters, gaining valuable exposure and guidance.
