Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ-5 years PQE)

About the Role

Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor NQ-5 years PQE to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team. This is a fantastic chance to be part of our well-established, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm, renowned for offering excellent training and career prospects.

This full-time role (35 hours per week) is based at either in Manchester or London office, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with law society panel members.
  • Handling a diverse caseload of multi-track cases, including those of maximum severity.
  • Managing all client-related documents using our case management system.
  • Recording all time spent on each file and documenting the work undertaken.
  • Ensuring compliance with file management standards.
  • Advising clients on legal matters, procedures, and issues related to their cases.
  • Instructing Counsel and experts for client representation and advice.
  • Meeting all Court and tribunal deadlines.
  • Representing clients in tribunals and Courts as required.
  • Keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
Key Skills
  • NQ-5 years PQE with a proven track record in Clinical Negligence.
  • Team player with self-motivation and professionalism.
  • Understanding the need for confidentiality regarding client and business matters.
  • Ability to work effectively in a paperless environment.
