Role description

My client has a market-leading Clinical Negligence team, recognised for its work across the UK on behalf of defendant clients. This role offers a chance to join a highly specialised team handling defendant clinical negligence work. You will manage a challenging caseload, draft pleadings, conduct negotiations, and provide commercially focused legal advice to clients such as NHS Resolution and medical malpractice insurers. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, a commercial perspective, and the ability to work independently whilst also collaborating on more complex cases.
